In about a decade GBI AG has had an investment volume of 463 million euros. In this time GBI AG has established itself as one of the leading German companies in the field of hotel development and investment.

Founded in 2001 as a "GmbH & Co. KG" (limited partnership with limited liability company) and restructured in summer 2007 into an "AG" (joint stock company), GBI has managed to complete 21 hotels so far - all of them sold or placed, ranging from budget to superior, including business properties as well as resort hotels. Quality, cost security and saleability are and will remain the criteria for each of our products.
