With our subsidiary GBI Planung und Baumanagement GmbH as general planner, we can reliably act as principal developer. For property owners:

From old to new

Some long-established houses that have become a bit long in the tooth may well become competitive again under a new brand after a push of modernisation. We actively support such processes: The Park Inn in Nuremberg and the NH Hotels in the cities of Hamburg and Erlangen are good examples of successful refurbishment. A very special project is currently underway in Cologne: The 18-floor high-rise formerly known as Gotha skyscraper was completely gutted and is now being developed into a Holiday Inn Express featuring 323 rooms. Earlier, we had already converted an old office building in Cologne into a new SMARTments student property.
