Analysis
For each project, we search for the optimal location - and for each site the best project. Our architects and planners prepare a preliminary design at an early stage to make sure that the envisaged project is commercially viable. Whether hotel, serviced apartments, student living or classic housing - we decide, depending on the area classification, location, environment and property size. By working closely with national and international hotel companies, we always find the right operator. At projects with very large plot sizes, we combine various types of use such as in the case of the Frankfurt Europa-Viertel, where we developed at a single location hotels for varying target groups and also apart hotels, a SMARTments student und a day-care centre for children.
Reliable Assessment of the Market
For our project sites we prepare overall commercial concepts based on detailed professional analyses provided over years by our Research & Analysis Department. We are proud that due to the enormous external demand now an independent research institute has emerged from the Department: the Moses Mendelssohn Institute (MMI) in Hamburg and Berlin, under the direction of Dr. Stefan Brauckmann and Dr. Eike C. Winkler. Apart from thoroughand profound location analyses, the MMI also carries out studies on the subject of micro apartments and temporary housing. Since 2012, an annual university cities scoring is published. Also since 2012, the city district scoring "Young Living" is issued biennially. The MMI is represented with numerous lectures at conferences and trade fairs.

We have a clear view of which players fit together well. In addition, we advise our partners when they are newcomers to Germany. Whether from Asia, Spain or the UK: Who wants to introduce his brand in this country should be aware that needs and requirements differ from home and have to be dealt with accordingly. What is important on the German market? How have space schedules and building specifications to be adapted? How could a competitive interior design concept look like for Germany? We advise on product development, the location and on all aspects relating to risk assessment.
