Throughout we continuously developed new, interesting products: with our hotels, the first German fund for budget hotels was launched, with our SMARTments two funds ”Studieren&Wohnen” (Studying & Living) were successfully placed. Our sales are aimed at large institutional investors wishing to invest heavily. We cooperate, for example, with major insurance companies, funds and asset managers.

We structure the financing for each project individually. In this way, we can ensure that everything interacts smoothly, from purchase via processing to sale. We see it as the central task of our holding company to procure financing, maintain financial communication and control liquidity. In addition to our equity capital, we also work with bank loans and mezzanine capital from proven financing partners.
