Range of projects

We can rely on experience in all areas of hotel project development. While our first projects in 2003 were still limited to classic business hotels, we expanded our portfolio already in 2004 to include a design-oriented city hotel. With the reconstruction of the Mövenpick Berlin, we proved to be experts in the challenging conversion of a listed building, an experience that we have recently been able to bring to bear when converting a Cologne office tower into a hotel. While we were initially also active in the holiday hotel sector with the Dorfhotel Sylt and the Iberotel Fleesensee, our focus is now rather on city locations with corresponding products. In addition to the major German cities, we also develop projects in medium-sized cities such as Mannheim or Essen for our customers.
