We are seeking plots nationwide in towns with populations of 10,000 or more - in particular in B or C locations. Our asset classes include student accommodation, hotels, apartment buildings, subsidised housing, senior living and complex residential estate developments. The gross floor area should be 4,000 square metres or more for individual properties, or up to 90,000 square metres for neighbourhood developments. We not only buy previously undeveloped land, but also conversion sites or buildings, while we are also experienced in converting complicated sites.

The 107 micro-apartments in Wiesbaden - which opened in December 2020 - offer fully furnished, high-quality living space that impresses with bright and modern architecture. In addition to a kitchen, bathroom, utility room, bedroom and living area, each apartment has its own balcony and designated parking space.
Development in Regensburg
In south-east Germany, in the Bavarian city of Regensburg, we constructed 36 subsidised apartments and a childcare centre with four group rooms in the new neighbourhood on the Kunstpark.
Development in Würzburg
The modern apartments in Würzburg, flooded with natural light, are located at the heart of the city. What is special about the project: The city of Würzburg is promoting a sustainable pilot project with timber housing. The 24 subsidised and eight privately financed apartments were handed over in 2020 and offer outstanding living comfort.
Martin Buber Haus in Vienna
The "Martin Buber Haus" SMARTments student complex opened in Vienna right next to Helmut-Zilk-Park. Boasting a central location in the Austrian capital, students can live in one of the 147 flats in Fritz Hahn Gasse. Public transport and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
