SUCCESSFUL PROJECT DEVELOPER
FOR TWO DECADES

- in Germany and Austria -

WE ARE GBI!

GBI Holding AG considers itself a complete all-rounder. Our planning is fully dependable - which is also why our partners work with us time and again. We perform every activity related to development: Land and project acquisition, the search for suitable operators and investors, the procurement of building rights and sales. We are always developing new products and we have succeeded in adding an important new location to our company group with Austria.

GBI Planung und Baumanagement GmbH supports and oversees projects as the general planner and project manager. This allows us to reliably manage costs and keep deadlines under control. In recent years, we have diversified our sales channels. We work with institutional investors, family offices and foundations. Furthermore, we also manage several special funds with different focuses for large insurance companies and pension funds. We can also take care of residential and part ownership management. Our range of services is further complemented by comprehensive after-sales management.

NON-PROFIT FOUNDATION | GBI GROUP SPONSOR

The GBI Group combines entrepreneurial activity with social commitment. The Moses Mendelssohn foundation is the umbrella organisation and sole shareholder of the holding company and its subsidiaries. The foundation is committed to the intellectual legacy of the enlightenment proponent and philosopher Moses Mendelssohn and promotes projects in the field of European-Jewish history.
