InterCityHotel construction site in Heidelberg

In 2022, the new Intercity Hotel will open in Heidelberg. In addition to a very central location, it offers 198 elegantly and modernly furnished hotel rooms, with maximum living comfort. Public transport as well as restaurants and various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Lübeck is considered the pearl of northern Germany - a city where you can admire buildings in the special style of brick Gothic. Here, just a few minutes from the main railway station, the Intercity Hotel will open in 2021.

Construction Site Frankfurt - Gateway Garden

A joint venture between Fraport Casa Commercial GmbH and project developer GBI is planning a mixed-use property directly at Frankfurt Airport in the Gateway Gardens district. This will include office space and around 142 serviced flats in a SMARTments business.
