Project status

In an excellent downtown location, the Hampton by Hilton in Düsseldorf opened in January 2022 with 219 modern, attractively furnished hotel rooms. The main train station as well as a large selection of restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The property is part of a newly developing ensemble, with three hotels or aparthotels. The overall design comes from the Düsseldorf office greeen!architects.

Project developer GBI built three hotels and an underground parking garage in Düsseldorf directly next to the main train station. The 17,000-square-meter building plot borders directly on the station site on one side, while a building belonging to the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB) is located on the opposite side.
