In the heart of Berlin, the Mövenpick Hotel opened in 2004 as the first hotel of the GBI Group. It lists 243 hotel rooms in a renovated old building, the historic headquarters of Siemens AG. It would be hard to find a more central location in Berlin: Guests will find a perfect base for exploring the entire city or getting from A to B quickly. Potsdamer Platz with its shopping opportunities and Gleisdreieckspark are within walking distance, as are many bars and restaurants. Car parking spaces are also available on request.

Delicious Crazy Taco Dark Night Bowls, cool drinks and music from the DJ - the Bergfest for our project "Coleman10" in Frankfurt was a great success!

Delicious Crazy Taco Dark Night Bowls, cool drinks and music from the DJ - the mountain party for our project "Coleman10" in Frankfurt was a complete success!

On Thursday, visitors had the exclusive opportunity to get an impression of the emerging office space "Coleman10" in Gateway Gardens in a relaxed atmosphere and to exchange ideas with colleagues and project participants.

Stefan Bockstaller from Fraport and Mr. Rudi from GBI shared inspiring thoughts on the development, the current market situation and the most significant lettings as well as the future perspective. We share their strong convictions that Gateway Gardens will establish itself as an extremely important new office location for international companies.

It was exciting to see the progress on the construction site, to get a glimpse of the project's possible future and to know that this exciting location will be full of life already next year.

Thank you to all the guests for sharing the celebration and interesting exchanges! And thank you Jazzunique for excellent organization.
