As part of a mixed-use development in the centre of Duisburg, office space will be created on an area of more than 2,000 square metres by autumn 2024. The offices will be built directly next to the Premier Inn Hotel, also developed by GBI. The entire project is part of the newly developing Mercator district. The office for architecture and urban development RKW Architektur+ has taken over the planning of the properties.
