Project status

On Perlengraben in Cologne City, the Premier Inn opened in 2017. The project is characterized by the sophisticated transformation of a listed office property into a modern, high-quality hotel. The facade design is by Professor Gernot Nalbach, Berlin. The trade fair and the Lanxess Arena are easily accessible by public transport, and Cologne's city center and other attractions are also in the immediate vicinity.

Delicious Crazy Taco Dark Night Bowls, cool drinks and music from the DJ - the Bergfest for our project "Coleman10" in Frankfurt was a great success!

Delicious Crazy Taco Dark Night Bowls, cool drinks and music from the DJ - the mountain party for our project "Coleman10" in Frankfurt was a complete success!

On Thursday, visitors had the exclusive opportunity to get an impression of the emerging office space "Coleman10" in Gateway Gardens in a relaxed atmosphere and to exchange ideas with colleagues and project participants.

Stefan Bockstaller from Fraport and Mr. Rudi from GBI shared inspiring thoughts on the development, the current market situation and the most significant lettings as well as the future perspective. We share their strong convictions that Gateway Gardens will establish itself as an extremely important new office location for international companies.

It was exciting to see the progress on the construction site, to get a glimpse of the project's possible future and to know that this exciting location will be full of life already next year.

Thank you to all the guests for sharing the celebration and interesting exchanges! And thank you Jazzunique for excellent organization.
