Close to Düsseldorf's main train station, the new Premier Inn Hotel with 297 hotel rooms opened in early 2022. The rooms are modernly furnished and leave nothing to be desired. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The Premier Inn is part of an overall development at Düsseldorf's main train station, which includes several hotels or apartment buildings, a parking garage and the redesign of the public areas. The sophisticated overall ensemble was designed by greeen! architects from Düsseldorf.

Project developer GBI built three hotels and an underground parking garage in Düsseldorf directly next to the main train station. The 17,000-square-meter building plot borders directly on the station site on one side, while a building belonging to the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB) is located on the opposite side.
