In Heiligenhaus, North Rhine-Westphalia, GBI is building 75 flats on a former industrial estate. The two- to four-room flats will be completed by 2024 and will be half privately financed and half subsidised. In addition, there will be around 80 parking spaces. The houses are designed by the architects Christ & Wiesemann and are planned according to KfW Standard 55. Heiligenhaus is located in the Düsseldorf-Wuppertal-Essen city triangle.
