In Nuremberg, 97 rental flats subsidised by the state of Bavaria are being built in the new "SEETOR City Campus" quarter. The two- to four-room flats have 50 to 90 square metres and each has a loggia or balcony. Rents will range from 5.50 euros to 7.50 per square metre, depending on income. This makes them about one third cheaper than comparable privately financed housing. In addition to the rental flats planned by GBI, Instone Real Estate and Sontowski und Partner are developing around 200 condominiums and space for retail, office, commercial and a health and service centre in the SEETOR City Campus. The entire project is scheduled for completion by 2023.
