In southeastern Germany, in the Bavarian city of Regensburg, new subsidized apartments are available. In addition to apartments, a daycare center with four group rooms has also been built in the newly developing Quartier am Kunstpark. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and there are also several parks in the immediate vicinity. The 36 modern apartments were handed over in 2021 and offer sufficient parking spaces - on parking decks or in the building's own underground garages.
