In Schwandorf in the Upper Palatinate, subsidized apartments were built with support from the state of Bavaria. These are 65 modern, comfortable apartments in Ettmannsdorfer Strasse, which also offer storage facilities for bicycles and baby carriages on the first floor. There is also a playground in the immediate vicinity.
