In addition, the 107 apartments are close to the main train station and thus offer good connections to public transport.

SMARTments living in Hamburg is scheduled to open in 2022. Singles or couples can live comfortably in 66 modern apartments. The furnishings are high-quality and elegant; in addition to complete kitchen facilities, generous closet space and a utility room are also planned. Due to the proximity to the main train station, the residents have an ideal connection to the entire city and can reach many highlights on foot.

Interested parties can pre-register directly with the cooperative bank from September. The 86 SMARTments student are rented out by the non-profit FDS Foundation, which, like GBI, is part of the Moses Mendelssohn Foundation network.
