Attractive and urban: This is the design of the "URBAN LIVING" project. At its central location near Wiesbaden's main train station, it houses 107 attractive micro apartments with modern, complete furnishings. The apartments feature all the comforts you would expect from a modern city apartment: A well-kept interior, a central location with various shopping and nightlife options, as well as a rich offer of cultural, culinary and sports activities.
The apartment layouts convince with their bright, modern architecture with living spaces from 30 to 51 square meters. Almost all of the 1- to 2-room apartments have a balcony and include an interior storage room. An open, practically cut living room with dining area and integrated kitchenette, underfloor heating, an elegant bathroom with floor-level shower, as well as a fully equipped sleeping area, with wardrobe, bed and bedside tables- the micro apartments of URBAN LIVING offer a cozy home for all.

Hamburg
SMARTments living in Hamburg is scheduled to open in 2022. Singles or couples can live comfortably in 66 modern apartments. The furnishings are high-quality and elegant; in addition to complete kitchen facilities, generous closet space and a utility room are also planned. Due to the proximity to the main train station, the residents have an ideal connection to the entire city and can reach many highlights on foot.

Wiesbaden
The micro apartments in Wiesbaden, which will open in December 2020, offer fully furnished, high-quality living space that impresses with its bright and modern architecture. In addition to a kitchen, bathroom, utility room, bedroom and living area, each apartment has an associated balcony and parking space. In addition, the 107 apartments are close to the main train station and thus offer good connections to public transport.

Berlin
The apartments at Am Carlsgarten will be ready for occupancy from spring 2021. PSD Bank Berlin-Brandenburg, which commissioned the project, will rent out the 37 apartments itself. Interested parties can pre-register directly with the cooperative bank from September. The 86 SMARTments student are rented out by the non-profit FDS Foundation, which, like GBI, is part of the Moses Mendelssohn Foundation network.
