Project status

Build buildings in a CO2-saving way and with as many recyclable products as possible. Then, thanks to digital control, manage the buildings efficiently, resource-efficiently and sustainably: This innovative approach is being pursued by the new Meltingport project in the Elbbrücken quarter in HafenCity Hamburg. The project by real estate developers NORD PROJECT and GBI and property manager Reos combines different types of use and networks them digitally. At the Versmannstraße location, this includes a 263-room hotel of the new lifestyle brand House of Beats launched by the Steigenberger umbrella brand Deutsche Hospitality, 200 flats for students and trainees from GBI's SMARTments brand family - around 75 per cent of which are publicly funded - as well as around 4,600 square metres of office space.

Delicious Crazy Taco Dark Night Bowls, cool drinks and music from the DJ - the Bergfest for our project "Coleman10" in Frankfurt was a great success!

Delicious Crazy Taco Dark Night Bowls, cool drinks and music from the DJ - the mountain party for our project "Coleman10" in Frankfurt was a complete success!

On Thursday, visitors had the exclusive opportunity to get an impression of the emerging office space "Coleman10" in Gateway Gardens in a relaxed atmosphere and to exchange ideas with colleagues and project participants.

Stefan Bockstaller from Fraport and Mr. Rudi from GBI shared inspiring thoughts on the development, the current market situation and the most significant lettings as well as the future perspective. We share their strong convictions that Gateway Gardens will establish itself as an extremely important new office location for international companies.

It was exciting to see the progress on the construction site, to get a glimpse of the project's possible future and to know that this exciting location will be full of life already next year.

Thank you to all the guests for sharing the celebration and interesting exchanges! And thank you Jazzunique for excellent organization.
