GBI Development supports and oversees projects as the general planner and project manager. This allows us to reliably manage costs and keep deadlines under control. In recent years, we have diversified our sales channels. We work with institutional investors, family offices and foundations. Furthermore, we also manage several special funds with different focuses for large insurance companies and pension funds. We can also take care of residential and part ownership management. Our range of services is further complemented by comprehensive after-sales management.
