As an outstanding example of the integration of listed substance into a new construction project, the "Premier Inn Munich Hallbergmoos" was opened at the beginning of 2020. In the immediate vicinity of the airport, 165 rooms and several conference rooms were created. The hotel integrates a 200-year-old inn.
