GBI is building 39 subsidised apartments in three residential blocks in Coburg, Bavaria. 39 parking spaces will also be available by 2023. The two to four-room apartments are being offered in accordance with Bavarian subsidy law, meaning they will lie below the local comparative rental rates and will be based on income. The design has been produced by the Ferdinand Weber architect's office in Regensburg. HanseMerkur Grundvermögen has acquired the project as part of its collaboration with GBI for its special fund HMG Grundwerte Wohnen SOZIAL.
