The SMARTments eco in Frankfurt Seckbach is a new product in the SMARTments family. The 128 flats are designed for guests who want to make their stay as cost-effective as possible. The project is scheduled for completion by 2023 and was already acquired by Aberdeeen Standard Investments for a real estate fund before construction began. The flats are 23 square metres in size and are complemented by six shared kitchens. Five suites are equipped with their own kitchenette, two rooms and a double bed; 12 of the flats are also designed for people with disabilities. The house on Borsig-Allee is named after Dorothea Schlegel, who was a daughter of Moses Mendelssohn and became known as a writer and literary critic.
